Ages 11-15. If you love volleyball, this camp will take your skills to the next level and explore your possibilities. Our top coaches are committed to enhancing your fundamental skills of serving, passing, setting, blocking, hitting and defending to improve your team play. Upon arrival on the first day the group will be split into two groups; older participants (14 – 15) and younger participants (11 – 13), to allow for maximum development and involvement. On top of developing fundamental volleyball skills the coaches will share their knowledge about nutrition, mental preparation, and training to provide you with an all-around experience with volleyball training. This camp will meet in the Gym.
