Gr. 7-9. Basketball Camps are aligned with the Long Term Athlete Development Principles. This camp brings together ages that would be in the "Learn to Train" and "Train to Train" stages. The goal of the camp is to convert their fundamental movement skills into fundamental sport / basketball skills such as dribbling, passing and shooting while challenging their aerobic base. They will do this through individual skill work as well as applying those skills within the team setting. Rattlers Men’s Basketball Head Coach, Richard Humphrey and Rattlers Women’s Basketball Head Coach, Clayton Nielsen will be leading these camps. This camp will meet in the gym.
