Introduction to Strength Training
Tuesdays, November 24 - December 15 in the Fitness Centre
11:45-12:15PM Instruction, 12:15-12:45PM Workout

Learn 4 Full Body Strength Workouts in a Fitness Centre setting.  A new workout is featured each week.  Receive a 30min orientation to each workout from a Certified Personal Trainer and use the rest of your workout timeslot to try out the exercises with the Trainer present to critque your form and respond to your questions.
Release of Liability Form is required, available at the first class or complete and bring it with you.  Prior to coming on campus, familiarize yourself with the Be Fit for Life COVID-19 Information document.  Completing a self pre-screen with the GET ACTIVE Questionnaire and Reference Document can help inform your readiness for physical activity.
