Introduction to Strength Training
Tuesdays, November 24 - December 15 in the Fitness Centre
11:45-12:15PM Instruction, 12:15-12:45PM Workout
Learn 4 Full Body Strength Workouts in a Fitness Centre setting. A new workout is featured each week. Receive a 30min orientation to each workout from a Certified Personal Trainer and use the rest of your workout timeslot to try out the exercises with the Trainer present to critque your form and respond to your questions.
A Release of Liability Form

can help inform your readiness for physical activity.
