An outbreak of food borne illness causes needless suffering, ruined reputations, and economic loss. Food Sanitation & Hygiene Training instructs managers and food handlers in food service sanitation and food borne illness prevention. Successful graduates of the program will be issued certificates by Alberta Health. Food Sanitation & Hygiene Training is taught by practicing public health inspectors in a straight forward, non-technical way. Certification received in this course does not expire.
