An outbreak of food borne illness causes needless suffering, ruined reputations, and economic loss. Food Sanitation & Hygiene Training instructs managers and food handlers in food service sanitation and food borne illness prevention. Successful graduates of the program will be issued certificates by Alberta Health. Food Sanitation & Hygiene Training is taught by practicing public health inspectors in a straight forward, non-technical way. Certification received in this course does not expire. Please note, two day courses are scheduled for students who feel they may need extra time or activities to help absorb the material.

Note: To ensure that course materials are available on the first night of class, please register no later than 5 business days prior to course commencement.
