This course is designed for workers who actively participate in the abatement of asbestos or hazardous materials. You will be trained on health risks, legislative requirements, safe work practices, personal protective equipment, containment design, and containment construction
This two day course facilitated by Alberta Safety & Environmental Services (AES) Ltd., will teach you everything you need to know for the end exam, leading to a certificate recognized by the provincial government's Workplace Health and Safety division.
***Note: Participants must be clean-shaven to use PPE masks.
