Ensuring that your employees’ actions and efforts are moving your organization forward is the essence of Performance Management (PM).  With a strong PM program, your organization should be able to achieve:
  • Better alignment between employee efforts and your organization’s goals
  • Better distribution of rewards and consequences
  • Better employee engagement and development
In this 3-hour class, you will learn two important concepts that will help your organization achieve better outcomes:
  • How to set challenging, yet reasonable, goals for your employees
  • How to implement the Three-Phase Model for Peak Performance (Preparation, Activation, Evaluation)
