Group Fitness Campus Bundle – Winter Semester
January 18 – April 1, 2021 (10 weeks - no classes Family Week: Feb 15-19 or Good Friday: Apr 2)
Medicine Hat College Campus Group Fitness Classes are Free for current MHC students and employees, thanks to the Mental Health Grant.
All classes offered virtually and in-person in the BFFL Fitness Studio H131 – once restrictions are lifted.
Once registered, participants may drop-in to any of the classes on the schedule for the session. All classes in H131 located in the portables beside the tennis courts:

Tue 4:10-4:50PM Flow Yoga
Wed 12:10-12:50PM Booty Barre NEW!
Thu 4:10-4:50PM Zumba
Fri 12:10-12:50PM Core n Restore
The classes are first come first serve up to the room capacity for physical distancing. Based on our past attendance, we don't anticipate reaching our limits, but if the class is full a note will be placed on the door.
A Release of Liability Form
is required once per school year. If you did not complete a form in the Fall, please complete and bring to your first class. Prior to coming on campus, familiarize yourself with the Be Fit for Life COVID-19 Information
document. Completing a self pre-screen with the GET ACTIVE Questionnaire
and Reference Document
can help inform your readiness for physical activity.
