Includes Exercise Program Design, Nutrition Analysis and Nutrition Coaching
Learn where your body composition is and get your daily macros, calories and portions calculated as well as tackle your fitness and nutrition goals with support from a Nutrition Coach and Certified Personal Trainer through a weekly plan that consists of habit forming, lifestyle changing tasks, educational resources and weekly check ins as well as a personalized exercise program. Exercise Program Design
Each individual is different and that means each exercise program should be different too. The Be Fit for Life Centre works with each client to create SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and based on Time Variables) to increase a likelihood for success.
Nutrition Analysis
- Assessment – Height, Weight, Girth & Body Composition
- Individualized Calorie, Macro and Portion Summary
Nutrition Coaching
- Weekly plan (lessons, tasks and habit forming) & check-ins with your nutrition coach
- Educational resources
You will be required to complete the
