NUTRITION COACHING - 12 Week Commitment
Includes Pre & Post Nutrition Analysis and Coaching

Learn where your body composition is and get your daily macros, calories and portions calculated as well as tackle your nutrition goals with support from a Nutrition Coach through a weekly plan that consists of habit forming, lifestyle changing tasks, educational resources and weekly check ins. 

Nutrition Analysis
  • Assessment – Height, Weight, Girth & Body Composition
  • Individualized Calorie, Macro and Portion Summary 
Nutrition Coaching
  • Weekly plan (lessons, tasks and habit forming) & check-ins with your nutrition coach
  • Educational resources
You will be required to complete the Release of Liability Form and prior to coming on campus, familiarize yourself with the Be Fit for Life COVID-19 Information document.
