Learn where your body composition is through a non-invasive Inbody test and have your daily macros, calories and portions calculated based on your nutrition & fitness goals (weight loss, muscle gain, body re-composition, better health, peak performance), dietary preference (paleo, keto, vegetarian, fully plant-based, Mediterranean and of course “anything”) and macronutrient preference (balanced, low-fat, low-carb, etc.)

- Individualized Calorie, Macro and Portion Summary
You will be required to complete the
Release of Liability Form and prior to coming on campus, familiarize yourself with the
