This program is designed to introduce participants to the benefits of using basic project management tools and techniques to achieve better project results and enhance organizational performance. Applied Project Management focuses on the entire project management process and will provide tools and skills that learners can implement on their next project. The project management process applies to all industries and will benefit project managers, supervisors, or staff involved in executing projects. Participants will receive a personalized Certificate of Completion. This program is eligible for the Canada-Alberta Job grant.
