This course explores the dynamics of cross-cultural and 
multigenerational teams, examining how geographic, linguistic, and 
societal factors influence communication across cultures and 
generations. Students will analyze the impact of cultural differences on 
organizational dynamics, communication styles, and team performance, 
applying theories to develop strategies for effective intercultural 
collaboration. The course also covers practical approaches for adapting 
to diverse cultures, overcoming stereotypes, and creating an inclusive 
environment that empowers all team members.
