This program includes training in medical terminology, office procedures, patient communication and Microsoft Office.  

You’ll learn how to manage medical records, schedule appointments, handle billing, and support a smooth, professional experience for patients and providers. Designed to prepare you for real-world roles, this program blends practical skills with a strong foundation in healthcare ethics and terminology.
